Appointment List Options

Completing a job

  1. You will see a list of appointments to be completed
  2. Click on blue play button to start a job
  3. Click the blue navigate button (if needed)
  4. Click blue contact button (if needed)
  5. Edit appointment (if needed)
  6. Click on the green checkmark

Changing Date of Appointment List View

  1. Click on the date at the top of appointment list view
  2. Toggle date you want to see


You can refresh your appointment list view at any time by dragging the screen downward with your finger and then releasing it.  The screen will show you that it is refreshing and display an up to date schedule.

Appointment List View Options

Swipe left on any appointment listed in this view.

You will see a list of three options that will enable you to:

  1. View appointment details
  2. Contact customer
  3. Navigate to appointment address

View Appointment Details

  • Will display appointment details without starting the appointment

Contact Customer

  • Call
  • Text Message
  • Copy #
  • Email


  • Select a navigation app provider OR
  • Set a preference for navigation app provider you plan to always use in Settings (ex: Waze, Google Maps)


Appointment Map View

  • Will display current location of driver based on phone location.
  • Will display current appointments based on priority to be done (ie: 1, 2, 3, 4 etc)
  • By clicking on the appointment pins on maps, appointment details will be displayed

Mobile Settings

  • Choose language
  • Choose time format 12 hour or 24 hour format
  • Choose Navigator (Will display a list of navigation apps downloaded on phone including Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Baidu Maps)
